<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of bidirectionally communicating on various domestic information or the like with an external server by using a global network, without using a private network having an internal server or a VPN technology. <P>SOLUTION: This water heater has an information acquiring device 100 for acquiring at least either one of information related to operation of the water heater 1 and information unrelated to the operation of the water heater 1, a timer device 8 for outputting time information, and a communication terminal unit 9 accessible to an external server connected via the global network, and constituted so as to be capable of starting transmission operation for transmitting event information of associating the time information of the timer device 8 with the acquired information of the information acquiring device 100 to the external server by access to the external server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
