PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade made of polyurethane which is hardly broken and to provide its manufacturing method of high productivity. SOLUTION: Urethane prepolymer (A) is produced by reacting polyisocyanate and polyol. The cleaning blade is made of polyurethane obtained by reacting urethane prepolymer (A) and a hardening agent composition (B) composed of polyol as a hardening agent. Further number average molecular weight of the polyol used for synthesis of the prepolymer exceeds number average molecular weight of the polyol used as the hardening agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
