Foamed sheet is made by coating the epoxy resin, vinyl resin, plasticizer, foam agent, adhensiveness increaser and epoxy resin hardner on a mat of glass fiber fabric and aluminium foil. Less than 300 micro-meter thickness aluminium foil and 0.2-0.8 mm thickness glass fiber fabric are used. respective mixing quantities of coating materials relative to the 100 vinyl chloride resin weight rasts are 15-300 epoxy resin, 5-100 plasticizer, 0.4-13 foam agent, 0.2-10 adhensiveness increaser. And 1-15 rasts epoxy resin hardner relative to 100 epoxy resin weight are used. The manufacturing facilities comprises unwinder(7), coater(8), oven(9), unifying device(10). The temp. of oven is 80-150 deg.C. This foamed sheet provides the improved charcteristics of reinforced strength, insulation and anti-dust for metal sheet. Especially this foamed sheet can be applied to automoble and electric home appliances.
