PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion buffer disk wherein the total length of a coil spring is fully increased within a limited size. SOLUTION: The torsion buffer disk 10 comprises a flanged hub 11; side plates 12A and 12B; coil springs 13 housed in each storage space for circumferentially elastically connecting the flanged hub 11 to the side plates 12A and 12B; and a pair of spring seats 14A and 14B disposed at the ends of the coil spring 13 for supporting the coil springs 13 within the storage spaces 16 and 17. The spring seats 14A and 14B each have a projecting part 14C. Once the angle of relative rotation between the flanged hub 11 and the side plates 12A and 12B has reached a predetermined angleθ, the projecting parts 14C are caused to abut each other to permit the angle of the relative rotation between the flanged hub 11 and the side plates 12A and 12B only within the predetermined angle.
