APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SOAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a soap, whereby a molten soap does not stay or remain in a packing nozzle when the molten soap is packed into a mold. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a mold 40 which molds a molten soap into a predetermined shape and a feed pipe 30 which feeds the molten soap into the mold 40. The feed pipe 30 has a nozzle 32 protruding beyond one of its end and tapering toward its front end and a plug 33 freely retractably disposed in the nozzle 32 and substantially coinciding with the internal shape of the nozzle 32. The nozzle 32 is capable of being inserted into the molten soap feed hole 11 of the mold 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
