PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing snow from a tank, which enables sure removal of the snow accumulated on a roof part. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: piping 3 which is provided on the roof part 2 of the tank 1 and which has many discharge openings directed toward the roof part 2; and an air feeding valve 6 and an air storage tank 7, which can feed compressed air into the piping 3. The valve 6 is opened so as to feed the compressed air into the piping 3, and the snow accumulated on the roof part 2 is blown off by an airflow which is jetted from the discharge openings of the piping 3.
