PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a spout which is excellent in barrier property to prevent an oxygen gas, vapor or the like from permeating and also excellent in lightproofness. SOLUTION: The bag with a pout comprises a spout body and a bag-formed container body to be fixed to the spout body. The container body further comprises a laminate consisting of three layers including at least a barrier base material equipped with a deposited film of an inorganic oxide on one of surfaces of a base film, a lightproof layer and a heat-sealable resin layer, or four layers including at least a barrier base material equipped with a deposited film of an inorganic oxide on one of surfaces of a base film, a lightproof layer, an intermediate base material and a heat-sealable resin layer, or four layers including at least a surface base material film, a lightproof layer, a barrier base material equipped with a deposited film of an inorganic oxide on one of surfaces of a base film and a heat-sealable resin layer, wherein the layers are sequentially laminated.
