<p>Provided are polynucleotides having self-replicating properties which encode a fusion protein comprising a polypeptide capable of intracellular transport and a nucleic acid binding domain which is capable of binding a portion of said recombinant nucleic acid molecule and vectors comprising such polynucleotides. In addition, compositions comprising the polynculceotide or the vector and a cargo moiety are provided. Various therapeutic and diagnostic uses of such polynucleotides, vectors and compositions are described. Additionally, uses of such polynucleotides or vectors for the generation of transgenic non-human animal are provided.</p> |
