Objects and processes are set up in relation to each other. A hierarchically structured tree is built up from two branches i.e. objects and processes. The 'leaves' on the tree represent knowledge domains (KDs) each characterized by KDs for specific words and phrases. Relevant words link to specific KDs as a user makes a request of the system.
