摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restriction method of a soft stroke range allowing a non-interference region when a tool rocks in a predetermined axial direction of a machine tool to be expanded to the limit provided for the machine tool. SOLUTION: This restriction method comprises: a step for defining the soft stroke range in the predetermined axial direction of the NC machine tool; a step for defining a coordinate value of an interference region adjacent to the range; a step for defining a length L from the rocking fulcrum of a spindle head to a tool end; a step for defining, before execution of a moving command to the predetermined axial direction of the spindle head given from an NC device of the machine tool, the rocking angleθof the tool after the movement; a step for calculating, before the execution of the moving command to the predetermined axial direction of the spindle head, a displacement amount L*sinθfrom the rocking fulcrum of the tool with respect to the axial direction after the movement; and a step for determining whether or not the position in the axial direction of the tool end obtained by adding the displacement amount to the coordinate value of the rocking fulcrum after the movement is located in the interference region.
