PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creation method of a sequence program capable of making creation and edition work more efficient by facilitating the understanding of operation in an industrial machine in creating or editing the sequence program, and capable of supporting the creation and the edition of the program to make them more efficient while securing display capacity of the sequence program in displaying the sequence program. SOLUTION: When the sequence program created by describing each input condition inputted for every operation step of the industrial machine and each output condition corresponding to it is displayed on a display device, the input conditions and the output conditions in the displayed sequence program are allowed to be displayed by changing over them to previously registered variables corresponding to the input conditions and the output conditions, and previously registered variable comments of explanation items corresponding to the respective variables.
