PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector device equipped with an auxiliary display device easily realizing visual confirmation by an operator, displaying many pieces of information and prevented from hindering the projection and the visual confirmation of an input picture in addition to a main projecting device for projecting the input picture. SOLUTION: The projector device is provided with the auxiliary display device such as a display monitor and a control panel realizing the visual confirmation by the operator and displaying an auxiliary picture concerning the projecting device for projecting the input picture on a projector body of the projecting device or attached equipment such as a remote control device. The auxiliary display device displays the auxiliary picture with brightness which does not hinder the input picture even when the main projecting device projects the input picture, and it functions independently even when the main projecting device does not act.
