PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously determine a position precisely even when a multi-path that is a cause of a measurement error is generated, in a moving body position measuring system mounted on a moving body such as an automobile to measure the position of the moving body, using a satellite signal transmitted from a GPS satellite or the like. SOLUTION: The moving body position is found according to a multi-path determining signal in response to a size of the multi-path, based on a DGPS positioning position using the satellite signal, and based on an estimated navigation position using a moving speed and an azimuth. An influence of the error caused by the multi-path is reduced thereby to be able to determine the position of the moving body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
