PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human private parts washing device which enables an ordinary user to easily clean the same or exchange a nozzle cover thereof, to thereby satisfy the hygiene orientation of the user, i.e., to keep a toilet stool in a clean condition. SOLUTION: The human private parts washing device is formed of a nozzle main body 14, a cylindrical nozzle cover 16, and a nozzle driving section 24. The nozzle main body 14 has nozzles 13 formed at the tip thereof, for spouting washing water. The nozzle cover 16 has a spout 17 overlapping the nozzle, and is laid on the nozzle main body 14. The nozzle driving section 24 axially reciprocates the nozzle main body 14. The nozzle main body 14 and the nozzle cover 16 have first and second engaging portions 38, 39, respectively, for engaging with each other to detachably fix the nozzle cover 16 and the nozzle main body to each other. According to the device, an installing force for fixing the nozzle cover 16 and the nozzle main body 14 to each other by fitting the nozzle cover 16 onto the nozzle main body 14, and engaging the first and second engaging portions 38, 39 with each other, is set to a value smaller than a holding force of the nozzle driving section 24 to hold the nozzle main body 14 in a static state.
