PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional void slab with good workability. SOLUTION: A void slab form 1 is provided with a cross shape in a plane vision. Its void forms are arranged in the X and Y directions. In this way, the void slab is provided with I-shaped cross section in two directions. Because of its cross shape, the void forms can be easily aligned in the X and Y directions.
