PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep chemical mixing apparatus enabling improvement in ground soil and excavating capability at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this deep chemical mixing apparatus, rotating shaft 12 are freely rotated by rotary driving devices 11 to excavate ground soil 1 with excavating blades 18 fitted to the lower ends of the rotating shafts 12, and the excavated ground soil 2 and ground processing material 5 are stirred and mixed with stirring blades 16 fitted to the lower end parts of the rotating shafts 12. The rotating shafts 20 are respectively provided with a speed reducer 20 disposed above the excavating blades 18, whereby the output side rotating speed of the rotating shaft 12 below the speed reducer 20 is made lower than the input side rotating speed of the rotating shaft 12 above the speed reducer 20.
