A piston disk (2) has a central threaded aperture screwed to a piston rod (1). There is a clearance gap (7) between the outside diameter of the piston and the bore (6) of the cylinder (5). A square-section groove (9) in the piston accommodates a square-section sealing ring (8). A further narrow groove (11) in the bottom of the main groove accommodates a spring ring (10) pressing the sealing ring onto the bore of the cylinder.
