It is intended to provide immunoglobulin preparations which are characterized by containing an immunoglobulin/hydrophilic peptide complex, wherein immunoglobulin is attached to a hydrophilic peptide optionally via a divalent group, and a pharmacologically acceptable carrier and have a cell-permetability, i.e., being capable of penetrating through cell wall and attaining the inside.
