<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and transfer vessel for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) aqueous dispersion, which greatly reduces coagulation of PTFE. <P>SOLUTION: This transfer vessel is filled with the PTFE aqueous dispersion in which the content of either or both of an anionic surface active agent and a nonionic surface active agent is less than 1 mass% with respect to the mass of PTFE, so that an area of contact with a gaseous phase in the filling and transfer vessel can be 0.1 m<SP>2</SP>/kL or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
