ANTIBODY AGAINST TRANSFERRIN-INCLUDING IMMUNE COMPLEX, METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME, HYBRIDOMA AND IMMUNITY MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody that can identify a patient with alcoholism and a patient with hepatitis, a method of producing the antibody, a hybridoma for producing the antibody and a simple immunoassay using the antibody.

SOLUTION: The antibody to be provided selectively reacts with an immune complex and the immune complex is composed of transferrin and immunoglobulin. The content of the immune complex in the body fluid is high in a patient with alcoholism but low in a patient with non-alcoholism and the difference can be measured with the antibody. Since the immune complex in the body fluid is determined with the antibody against the immune complex composed of transferring and immunoglobulin, the patients with alcoholism or hepatitis can be simply identified with high exactness.
