<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set work processes and estimate manhours for all the processes even if there is manual work by dispensing with manual work process setting and manhour estimation. <P>SOLUTION: Component structure information and feature information are extracted from three-dimensional CAD data of components stored in a three- dimensional design CAD device 3 by a component work CAPP 1. In the component work CAPP 1, attribute data comprising assembly information, surface finish information, dimensional tolerance information and material information are added to the component structure information and the feature information.
