PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass sheet integrated with a plurality of optical elements enhanced in productivity and made constant in quality by integrating a plurality of the glass optical elements, and a method for manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The glass sheet consists of a plurality of lens sections 1 which are formed by press forming of a glass blank 11, cylindrical legs 2 which bend from the outer peripheral edges of the lens sections 1 formed in press forming and extend downward and flat plate sections 3 which bend outward from the cylindrical legs 2, extend horizontally and make connection to the other lens sections 1.
