PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a crane vehicle equipped with a revolving table swingably mounted on the vehicle through a revolving motor, a boom supporting lever mounted on the table free to rise and fall between the back tilting position and the rising position, a lever fixing means to fix the lever to the back tilting position or the rising position with possibility of disengagement, an extension boom attached to the lever capable of being raised sunk by a cylinder and driven into extension and contraction by an extension cylinder, and a hanger hung down at the tip of the boom and wound up and down by a winch motor, wherein an improvement is incorporated to avoid a hazard likely with the crane operation to be conducted unless the lever is fixed by the lever fixing means to the back tilting position or rising position. SOLUTION: A fixed condition sensing means 15 senses that the boom supporting lever 3 to the back tilting position or rising position, and when fixing by the lever fixing means 4 is not sensed by the fixed condition sensing means 15, the operations of a revolving motor 7, the extension boom 9, and the winch motor 10 are restricted.
