PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional, optical low-pass filter that is further miniaturized and simplified, and is switched according to photographing environment, and to provide an inexpensive imaging apparatus using the optical low- pass filter. SOLUTION: The optical low-pass filter 2 that is inserted into an imaging light path has a plurality of optical characteristic regions including a correction filter region 3 for correcting at least optical characteristics on the board surface of the optical low-pass filter concerned, slides the position of the optical low- pass filter from the optical axis of the imaging light path according to desired optical characteristics to switch the region.
