PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a watching person efficiently and accurately monitor the operation of an EUT (equipment under test) without entering a radio wave dark room. SOLUTION: A machine under test 11 receiving an electromagnetic wave noise inside the radio wave dark room 12 is provided with a memory 14 stored with an expectation data indicating a prescribed operation of the machine under test 11 when not receiving an electromagnetic wave, a comparator 15 for comparing a measured data for indicating an operation condition output from the machine 11 under the condition where the electromagnetic wave noise is received inside the dark room 12 with the expectation data stored in the memory 14, and a display means 16 for displaying an output result from the comparator 15.
