PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a valve element 15 elevated at the valve opening position from being dropped when the pressure in a cylinder 31 to drive the valve element 15 is dropped. SOLUTION: An abutting part 51 retractable on a moving passage of a connection part 32 to constitute a link mechanism when the valve element 15 is at the valve opening position is provided below the connection part 32 at the elevated position, and the abutting part 51 is made to protrude when the pressure in the cylinder 31 is below a predetermined value.
