PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase versatility of a double glazing making interior finish of a louver while reducing weight of the louver. SOLUTION: The louver comprises a plurality of slats (10) arranged in the horizontal direction and a plurality of fixed members (12) arranged in the vertical direction and having interlock projections (16) and interlock holes (18) to the up and down ends in a connectable manner to each other, the fixed members (12) is formed of a light resin with high weatherability, at the same time, after slits (11) and (13) have been arranged on positions corresponding to each other in the slats (12) and the fixed members (12), since ribs (14) for holding/fixing the slats in the slit (13) of the fixed members (12) are projected, the weight reduction and extension of the louver (9) itself are easily made, and the louver can sufficiently correspond to the extension and versatility of the double glazing making interior finish of the louver.
