PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste and a direct applying method using it, for applying reforming wallpaper without removing existing wallpaper nor specially preparing an existing wall surface. SOLUTION: The method enables wallpaper to be directly applied in changing old wallpaper, while requiring no preparation for a wall that needs adjustment of its bed such as old wallpaper or paint.
