PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater sound adjusting wall capable of freely adjusting transmission coefficient of propagation of an underwater sound. SOLUTION: The underwater sound adjusting wall 10 used as a partition wall of a water tank or the like for cultivating /breeding aquatic animals has an exterior wall 12 formed of a material having high transmission coefficient of the propagation of the underwater sound, and it includes a wall body 11 having a hollow section 13 inside thereof, water and air supply means 14 and 15 for respectively supplying water and air to the hollow section 13 of the wall body 11 and an adjusting means 19 for freely adjusting the volume of water and air to be supplied to the inside of the hollow section 13.
