PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip Zn-Al-Mg alloy coated steel sheet and a formed product excellent in heat resistance and corrosion resistance which is suitable to parts for car and house electric applicances and can economically produce at a low cost. SOLUTION: On a basic steel sheet containing≤-0.005Q calculated with Q=Ti+0.5Nb-4.0C-1.5S-3.4N from Ti, Nb, C, S and N contents (mass%) and≤0.12% P,≤1.0% Si, a hot-dip coated film composed of 2.5-15% Al, 0.1-4% Mg,≤0.5 g/m<SP>2</SP>Fe and the balance Zn is provided.
