PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for molding an injection molded article from a kneaded material of metal powder or ceramic powder and an organic binder. SOLUTION: This device comprises a die having a thin-walled part for the injection molded article which is relatively large in the depth direction and the width direction, and a die heater and a die cooler to heat and cool the die. A supply side control valve and a return side control valve are provided on the die heater and the die cooler, respectively, and a temperature detection member to measure the temperature of the die is provided. The die is heated or cooled to the predetermined temperature by enabling the heating medium or the cooling medium to be distributed through the heater or the die cooler via the die from the die heater and the die cooler by opening/closing the control valve according to the temperature of the die while measuring the temperature of the die by the temperature detection member.
