PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable fluoro rubber composition that furnishes a cured product that has excellent mass-productivity, thermal properties, cold resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and mechanical strength as well as good rubber properties, and to provide a method for manufacturing the composition in an industrially advantageous way. SOLUTION: This crosslinkable fluoro rubber composition comprises (A) a liquid perfluoro compound having two or more alkenyl groups and a divalent perfluoroalkylene or divalent perfluoropolyether structure, (B) a reinforcing filler, (C) a surface treating agent having a fluoroalkyl group or fluoropolyalkylether group and a silanol group, (D) an addition-reactive compound having two or more hydrosilyl groups, (E) an addition-reactive cross- linking agent comprising a hydrosilyl group or a peroxide cross-linking agent. The composition is manufactured by preparing a liquid or paste composition from components (A)-(C), followed by addition of (D) to form a millable type composition, and then addition of (E).
