PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a UV-curable acrylic adhesive composition that can attain a high rate of polymerization after the UV curing, even when the UV-curing time is shortened, by admixing a specific tackifying resin, an acrylic adhesive using this composition and to provide an adhesive tape or an adhesive sheet using the adhesive. SOLUTION: In the UV-curable adhesive composition that includes 50-95 mass % of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid alkyl esters and methacrylic acid alkyl esters and a tackifying resin, a tackifying resin having a specific parameter value is used therefor.
