PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure of a vehicle capable of reducing weight and saving space.

SOLUTION: The wiring structure 10 of the vehicle comprises a first wire 31 connected to a battery 21, a second wire 32 connected to a starter 22, and a long-sized member 33 interposed between the first wire 31 and the second wire 32 and having a conductivity to electrically connect between the battery 21 and the starter 22 in a car body. The long-sized member 33 is fixed along a drive shaft cover member 24 via a clip 35.
