<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen fuel delivery hose for a fuel cell vehicle comprising a rubber hose excellent in flexibility and a layout property, and capable of exhibiting sufficient hydrogen fuel permeation resistance and enhanced electric resistance, and capable of achieving a low extraction property wherein an ion such as a metallic ion or a sulfur ion harmful to a fuel cell is prevented to be extracted and fed into the hydrogen fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber hose 10 is constituted by sequentially laminating an inner rubber layer 12, a reinforced layer 14 and an outer rubber layer 16 from the inner side to the outer side along the hose radial direction so as to be integrally formed. The inner rubber layer 12 and the outer rubber layer 16 are formed by peroxide-vulcanizing or resin-vulcanizing (except an EPR material) a rubber composition prepared by mixing a filler having a crystal structure in a shape of a layered structure into a rubber material selected from a halogenated IIR material, a blended material of the halogenated IIR material and an IIR material, and the EPR material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
