摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a form left on a conveyance path without breaking the form when it is drawn out by a drawing-out part even if the form is present in both an area which can be drawn out and another area in case of a paper jam as to a device which can draw a part of the form conveyance path.

SOLUTION: A copying machine 100 which can draw a part of the both- surface conveyance path 123 for turning over a 2nd surface of the form whose 1st surface is already recorded on a recording surface and conveying it to a recording part to the outside of the machine conveys the form on the both- surface conveyance path 123 toward a standby part 137 where the form stands by when detecting the form being present in both the conveyance area which can be drawn out in case of a paper jam and the conveyance area which can not be drawn out.
