<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a relatively small squeeze bottle such as an eye-lotion bottle, whose internal volume is less than 30 ml, to be greatly deformed by squeeze without damaging the bottle. <P>SOLUTION: A peripheral wall of a body 2 of a squeeze bottle consists of a pair of rigid walls 5, each being located at fore and rear positions of the body, respectively, and being opposed to each other at a predetermined distance therebetween, and right and left flexible connecting walls 6, which respectively connect right edges and left edges of both the rigid walls 5. The peripheral wall is formed into a flat cylindrical shape in which the width between the fore rigid wall and the rear rigid wall is narrow as compared with the width between the right connecting wall and the left connecting wall. Each connecting wall 6 is formed into an arcuate shape so that its central portion is convexed outwardly. Upper and lower ends of each rigid wall 5 are respectively connected to a shoulder 3 and a bottom 2a of the bottle with the aid of flexible connections 7 and 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
