PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely install a newly constructed mounting metal fitting to an existing roof without hammering or driving the metal fitting and to minimize generation of dust during construction of the newly constructed roof. SOLUTION: A driving force of an electric screwdriver is converted into a pressing force of a sliding plate 34 for mounting a newly constructed mounting metal fittings 8 and 9 to the existing slated roof 2. Consequently, the newly constructed mounting metal fittings 8 and 9 can be easily and surely installed to the existing slated roof 1 without hammering or driving the metal fittings. In addition, dust generated during construction of the newly constructed roof can be minimized because no hammering or driving work for the newly constructed mounting metal fittings 8 and 9 is carried out.
