PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge tile supporting material having a ridge rafter and a ridge reinforcement metal fitting integrated together for fixing a ridge tile to a sheathing plate. SOLUTION: This ridge tile supporting material formed of a ridge tile supporting part connecting and supporting the ridge tiles via a nail body and a skirt part continuously arranged to the lower part of the ridge tile supporting part and having a mountain shape substantially is shaped into an invert-Y shape. The ridge tile supporting material is placed along the ridge part of a roof longitudinally and the skirt part is connected and fixed to the ridge part by the nail body. On each of the ridge tile supporting part and the upper faces of the left and right skirt parts, a groove part guiding driving of the nail body and regulating a driven part is formed along the longitudinal direction.
