PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable adhesive composition which gives a sufficient initial adhesion and excels in impact resistance and cold resistance. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a urethane prepolymer obtained by modifying a polyolefin resin having a hydroxyl group on the molecular terminals with a polyisocyanate, and an ethylene-acrylate copolymer.
