PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition at a low cost, having excellent rigidity, electroconductivity, and the like. SOLUTION: Mobile needles 11a and 11b are produced as an electroconductive resin composition obtained by resin-molding a vapor growth carbon fiber (VGCF) and a resin composition obtained by melt-kneading carbon fiber with a thermoplastic resin such as PSS (polyphenylene sulfide), wherein two surfaces, facing to an upper stator 21a and a lower stator 21b, of four outer surfaces of each mobile needle have a plurality of fine projecting parts 12 extending in the perpendicular direction to an optical axis A of a static actuator 3. Therefore, erectroconductive carbon fibers are arranged all over each mobile needle especially in the plurality of the projecting parts 12 set at the needle outer surfaces and the VGCF is uniformly dispersed even in parts where carbon fibers are not arranged.
