PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a gas exhausting part for combustion equipment in which the manufacturing cost and the cost of components are reduced by dispensing with a cylindrical pipe and reducing the division of a channel to solve a problem in a conventional gas exhausting channel of a gas exhausting part of the gas exhausting equipment wherein the cylindrical pipe is applied and the channel is divided to reduce the noise and to achieve the combustion performance, which causes the increase of the processing cost and the cost for components. SOLUTION: In this combustion equipment comprising a burner, a heat exchanger and the gas exhausting part, a part of an inner wall of the gas exhausting part is used as the gas exhausting channel of the combustion gas.
