<p>The present invention relates to an effective anti-viral composition comprising b-aescin, obtained from Indianhorse chestnut Aesculus indica seeds growing wild in high hills of Himalayas; the said composition is more effective than any other known antiviral agents used to control the growth of cucumber mosaic virus affecting plants like vegetable plants, fruit plants, seeds, leaves, ornamental plants and other plants such as cucumbers, beans, spinach, tomatoes, bananas, peppers, crucifers, gladioli, melons, squash, celery and beets.</p> |
