<p>A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a plurality of interleave-operating parallel ADCs (analog to digital converters) or an image ADC used by successively switching between a plurality of circuit elements, wherein for input of an image signal of any specification, output signals of the image ADC are averaged to reduce irregularities on the screen. This semiconductor integrated circuit includes a plurality of analog/digital converter circuits (11) for performing parallel operation for successively converting an analog image signal into a digital image signal, a multi-phase clock signal generator circuit (12) for generating a multi-phase clock signal used for periodically operating the plurality of analog/digital converter circuits (11) in a certain order, and a control circuit (20) for controlling the multi-phase clock signal generator circuit (12) so as to modify the period or order for operating the plurality of analog/digital converter circuits (11).</p> |
