摘要

The navigation system for a moving body contains a map memory, a position detection arrangement, and a unit displaying the instantaneous body position on the selected map. The position of the body on the screen is corrected, and position changes taken account of, as a map scroll facility is used. An adjacent map region is read from store and the map scrolled across the screen.
