A rectifier circuit (RC) (300) has four field-effect transistors (FET) (301-304) with an organic coating in a Graetz circuit and a Pentazen coating as a semi-conductive organic material forming a body area for the FET. There is an alternating voltage (AV) at the RC's input (305). The FET convert a negative half-wave for the AV into a positive half-wave, both available at an output (306). An Independent claim is also included for a method for producing a transponder circuit.
