The invention relates to a computer structure such as a portable computer with one or two detachable elements. The computer comprises a base (3), a screen (2) and one or several elements (4) which can be detached from the base (3). The position of the screen (3) can be adjusted by displacement and by rotation according to at least two axes in relation to the base (3). The detachable elements (4) communicate with the base (3) in an appropriate manner (6) even when they are not fixed. The set of elements can be assembled in a compact structure which is rigid and easily transportable.
