<p>PURPOSE: To surely evade the defective operation of respective part loads accompanying the voltage decline of a battery and to effectively utilize the battery to a using limit by setting a shutdown voltage based on a battery temperature detected by a battery temperature detection means and characteristics by the difference of the temperature of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery discrimination part 18 discriminates the kind of the battery 12 connected to a system at present first and a control part 10a sets the shutdown voltage corresponding to the kind of the battery 12 to be used. In the meantime, a battery temperature detection part 20 detects the temperature of the battery 12 and the control part 10a changes the value of the shutdown voltage when the temperature of the battery 12 detected by the battery temperature detection part 20 changes. That is, the control part 10a sets the shutdown voltage matched with the temperature of the battery 12 at present and the characteristics by the difference of the temperature of the battery 12 again. Then, when a voltage value detected by a voltage detection part 16 becomes lower than, the shutdown voltage, the control part 10a executes the shutdown of the system.</p> |
