摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction-hardening method for inner surface parts of a plurality of small diameter holes having a thin thickness part with which a hardened layer is not reached to the outer surface part of the thin thickness part and the uniform hardened layer depth can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: This induction-hardening method is performed with which when performing the induction-hardening to the inner surface parts 2a, 2a' of the small diameter holes in a work (member) 1 having the thin thickness part in the thickness of the radial direction at a part in a plurality of the small diameter holes 2, 2' different in the inner diameters, the inner surface parts are heated with heating coils 11a, 12a disposed through prescribed intervals with the inner surfaces of the small holes and wound in plurality of times. The outer surfaces 2g, 2g' in the thin thickness parts of the small holes, are cooled with auxiliary jackets 17, 18 so that the inner surface parts are almost uniformly heated during heating. Then, after heating the inner surface parts, the inner surface parts are simultaneously cooled and hardened by ejecting cooling liquid toward the inner surface parts with the main jackets 19, 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
