<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limited reflection type photoelectric sensor which can easily move the detecting range thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A light projecting part 3 and a light receiving part 7 are provided to a rotating shaft 13 to detect a presence or absence of an object to be detected by locating the object at the position where a light projection direction of the light projecting part 3 and a reflection direction of the light receiving part 7 are crossed. In addition, by providing an angle control mechanism, an appropriate detection condition can be obtained. The angle control mechanism comprises the rotating shaft 13 in which the light projecting part 3 and the light receiving part 7 are provided on both sides thereof, a light projection control means which controls a light projection direction while the shaft 13 rotates, a light detection control means which controls a reflection direction while the shaft 13 rotates, and a simultaneous angle control means which change a light projection angle which the rotating shaft 13 forms with the light projection direction and a light receiving angle which the rotating shaft 13 forms with the reflection direction such that the angles simultaneously decrease if the shaft rotates in one direction, or the angles simultaneously increase if the shaft rotates in another direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
